We have tried a number of cleansers and moisturizers, but all I can say about the ';successful'; ones is they didn't make anything worse....but there didn't seem to be any improvement either.
As for makeup options we've tried, they either make someone look chalky, like a geisha girl, or green-ish. The worst options simply melted away after a few hours......
The dermatologist's lotions and soaps didn't seem to bring relief, so am seeking over the counter options with a good reputation.
Any advice, or is it a matter of put up and shut up where rosacea is concerned?Rosacea experts: Do you know any facial cleansing products and/or cosmetics that really work?
I'm not an expert but I read about this yesterday. Apparently the woman that invented the cosmetics suffers from lupus and suffered from a red rash on her face. It supposedly covers well and is water-resistant.
